— QIMA®
QIMA® is a global leader in quality control and compliance, supporting industries ranging from consumer goods to food and life sciences.
I led the development and implementation of a comprehensive brand system spanning the master brand and its suite of B2B services. The work focused on unifying visual identity, streamlining internal workflows, and enhancing design operations—ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability across all brand touchpoints.

Following a strategic repositioning and renaming led by an external agency, QIMA needed a cohesive brand expression that would differentiate it in the B2B space and clarify the value of its digital product offerings. Partnering with Australian design studio Attica, I developed a visual direction that emphasized QIMA’s role as a digitally driven, intelligence-led company.
The updated system included refined brand elements and the introduction of a custom graphic device—drawn from the "Q" in the logomark—to symbolise the connection between supply and demand, positioning QIMA at the center of every interaction. This visual language extended seamlessly across digital and offline channels, supported by a detailed design toolkit for UI components.
In parallel, I reorganised the internal design team and introduced new workflows and tools aligned with the updated identity—streamlining delivery from concept to execution. The result is a flexible, future-ready brand foundation built to scale with the company’s evolving business needs.
